Photo manipulation not allowed (?)

Based on this thread (https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/photo-manipulationadding-stuff-to-photos/6810123a244f5d4b8ed6cf86) I thought photo manipulation is NOT allowed. Therefore I tried to delete this picture: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31790091/mediaviewer/rm3057944066/ My contributions were declined. I think they shouldn't have. Can a staffer look into this please? These are the submission numbers: #250717-145525-759402 #250727-215336-829402 By the way, in both submissions I referenced the thread I also mentioned in this post.
