Photo with watermark not deleted after two tries

In submissions #260317-225326-684302 and #260321-112614-596702 I tried to delete this photo because of the watermark on it: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0486839/mediaviewer/rm3161774593/  

My submissions were declined. Can a staffer fix this please?
