Please do something about this

I rised this issue few times last few years, but nobody cares about it. I really really REALLY can't do this anymore. IMDB contact is the worst support on the web by far. They must be bots or ai, because i don't understand how people can be that incompetent. I do contributions since 2020 and i encounter it so much that it's so frustrating, and i even want to quit sometimes. I know more then them, so how they suppose to help me? In what support people knows more then support itself? There are maybe two people who i can praise, but only two from 30 or something. Literally one problem needs a week or more to be fixed, i'm tired of repeating same message 3-4 times. I always write what problem i have and what i need. They not helping at all, just giving robotic answer of the rules. I KNOW ALL RULES from my head already, because i do this almost daily for a five years now. Also there should be some kinda a chat, with one person till problem is fixed. Not with five different, because others who picks up, don't know about what you talking about and again gives same answer as other robot. Or just hire people who does contributions, who understands everything. Because many of these don't know basic things, sometimes it's funny that i know more then them, but it's not that often, mostly it's frustrating.

It sounds like we could do better by: 1. Having a consistent contact person to interact with for the duration of a reported issue 2. Ensure the person supporting you has sufficient understanding of the problem, rather than assuming you need help with understanding the rules for contribution. Are there any other specific things we could do better in term of the support we provide here? I'll escalate your broader concerns about our support. Yeah these two would be the main things. Here on sprinklr i really have no issue, everything is good, but imdb contact is just unbearable, maybe like i said before few people that i can count on there. Some issues are about end year change, they mostly say go on the edit page and change. lol I KNOW THAT, on the edit page you can only add end year, not change it or remove it, even contributions rules says that, when you want to change incorrect end year contact imdb contact. Then with deleting titles or episodes Again says go on the edit page, I ALSO KNOW THAT, but deleting option not always exists, it depends of title populiarty and how long time ago it was created. Also rules says that if there's no option of it, contact imdb contact. Then with deleting or changing inforrect credits or some other information. They say imdb want to be most accurate site of movies and tv and we think that this credit is factual. lol How they know that? If i always give official information to prove that it's not real. I never do contributions to trash some titles, like many people do. I do it like they say, to make titles accurate as possible. But only like 3 messages later, it's picked by competent person who check my provived information and finally deletes it.
