Plot outline declined twice

#250908-175818-321000 first submission, reason given, cannot verify #250912-231617-519000 second submission, does not meet submission guidelines. I have entered multiple plot outlines for episodes of this series, in the same format with basically no issue. It is exclusive content on a paid streaming/subscription site, in a niche market.
