Poorly cropped, grainy or dark images

The image for actress Roxanne Arlen (nm0035161) is not only grainy and of poor quality but shows her midriff rather than her face. Much better options exist on her page (rm1669693697 or rm411402497). Similarly, the image for actor Oscar Beregi (nm0073471) is also poorly cropped and dark. There are excellent colour images available on the page as alternatives (rm2156509186 and rm2659825666). Could IMDB staff be prevailed upon to make these improvements?
