Poster Art on Company Page

Hi Michelle, Thank you for this insight about how I can't control the posters on my company page. I did get two responses saying I could - but your feedback seems correct (the other not). Could you offer any insight on how often the algorithm updates...? From a company point of view for exposure, it really seems awkward that I can't at least pick one featured poster as the owner of the company. If the company owner's choice for one posters was considered as part of the algorithm - that would be even a truer representation by imdb's control over the other three.
