Poster vandal running loose again.

After a year the same user that I have reported here - the wierdo who keeps changing the poster for Superman III, Supergirl, Project X, etc. - has returned causing the same disruptive editings: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/poster-vandalism-is-happening-again/6544cc4b3ffcab3e7049662a Now he is targeting new titles changing the correct primary images for lower quality ones. Identify who keeps changing those images the block it again.
