Posting ratings and reviews to a "stub page"

I want to enter grades and submit reviews for the following pages:

But there are neither Star Rate buttons, nor + Review buttons on any ofthese pages.  How shall I procede?

I note that the above pages are "stub pages" for particular episodes of aTV series, and none of them have any reviews, ratings, or plot summaries.
