Previously approved credit now not showing, when attempting to update I am denied with a duplicate error

I was previously included in the credits for a film I submitted to in June of 2024. 240607-185235-906000 Now I do not show up on the page for the film. I have tried to edit the approved submission without success. I have also resubmitted a new credit and it has been declined as a duplicate. I can provide paystubs for my shoot as well as the casting emails. How do I best proceed?
