Primary image issue

I'm trying to set the primary poster image for a title page as well so I can then request to delete a duplicate that's currently the primary image (which is not tagged as a poster). When I follow those steps I can refine by type to locate posters, but there is no edit button visible. To clarify, the tagline under the title is the difference, in image #2 it is larger, and this is the image we need to eventually delete.
