Problem getting a Production Department credit

Good Morning IMDb Team,

I am reaching out regarding a credit submission for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Our department was involved in the design and fabrication of props and frames used in the production, and I have been attempting to have this work reflected in my IMDb credits.

Unfortunately, despite multiple submission attempts—approximately ten to date—I have been unsuccessful in obtaining the credit. This is the only remaining credit missing from my IMDb profile, and I would appreciate any guidance on what additional documentation or verification may be required to complete the process.

Could you please advise on the appropriate next steps or let me know if there is an issue with my submissions that needs to be addressed? I do not have any more paperwork from 2014 that addresses this in our files.
