Problem Uploading Production Art/Poster

Good Morning,

I can't seem to upload my production art/poster for my project. I first attempted on November 5th, it declined without reasoning. I attempted again on the 24th, changing the file type, clearing my cache, cookies, and history, but didn't check the status (usually my contributions have appeared within an hour or so). I waited until this morning and tried again with a smaller file and changed the aspect ratio. This time I checked, and it said it declined because of duplicate submissions, which prompted me to check the previous contribution & it did in fact say it was pending.

My fear is that I messed up the process somehow, and decided to forward it to you to see if you can fix the issues, and educate me on why the first contribution on 11/5 didn't work, and if there is something I need to do differently in the future?

Also, I don't know if it's possible, but if you can, can you approve the version I submitted on 11/5?
