Problem with submission and it's declined

I am the producer and creator of this miniseries in development via my production company. https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt36632965/?ref_=search_search_search_result_1 I am trying to add myself as producer and my submission gets declined every single time. I even added proof that I am the producer by adding this news: https://variety.com/2025/tv/global/sweet-film-memories-dorothy-levitt-1236375748/ Could you please tell me why it's not approved? Thx
