Problem with votation

Hello. I'm Raúl Cerezo, a Spanish director, producer, and screenwriter of feature films and short films. My short film, "Escarnio," was always approved on IMDb. I check it daily, but suddenly it suffered a sharp decline and is now suspended. I've seen many "1" votes in a troll attack because the short isn't available to view except by those who buy it physically. My actual average is 6.1, as I read under the ratings. I understand you're weighting the team's "10s," but it was always approved. Could you review those troll "1s," which are a bit confusing, and give it a more fair rating?
