Problems uploading images to profile

This has been a regular occurrence, and frankly, it's exhausting. Thumbnail images are NOT UPLOADING correctly to Actor profile, even after refreshing the screen. Never used to be an issue, but there's a first time for everything I guess. The following error 'Error :Images must be between 50kB and 25MB in size" When mine are all under 1 MB. So it makes no sense. Obviously a bug issue, as I've resized and resized when it's completely unnecessary/ HELP
