Question about credit deletion

Hello, I have a question about deleting a credit - this is for an acting credit that does not exist (there is no footage in the movie). The first submission was declined. Additionally, the film footage is not available anymore. Would a notarized sworn affidavit be the best option?

Hi margaret_h77zwfjsmkszg- In order for our staff to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number for this declined contribution? Cheers!

I have reviewed your response and I see there is an error in the reply: The credit that is listed in the profile is an error. This information in the IMDb profile is is not factual: There is no credit and there never was a credit associated with the name or individual in the film

It appears there is a clear lack of understanding in the statements that I have provided and I suggest another representative is brought onto this discussion to ensure sound values and integrity. I am referring to your policy in regards to maintaining actual and factual records. As such a correction is required and necessitates the next step. My initial question referred to legal procedures in providing a signed notarized affidavit to verify the accuracy of these statements
