Question about short Genre

The Guide says that TV shorts have a running time of less than 22 minutes. So far so good. What should I do with a Series that has a variable runtime for each Episode. So some Episodes are short. For example 5 minutes while other Episodes are longer like 30 or 60 minutes. Should the Genre short still be added to the series overall? The Problem with that is that I cant add genres to individuals Episodes. When trying to edit it I only get Correct/Delete and it says no existing data.

@Michelle As has been practiced for a long time, IF an episode is of a different genre the the series, itself, that episode can be acknowledged with a keyword. For example, a Western series may have an episode that is a Musical, so that episode can be noted with the “musical-episode” keyword. Similarly, if a series has an episode that is a “Short,” that can be cited with the “short-episode” keyword.
