Rating bombing of TV episodes...

... I occasionally see things like this. I was looking at a show called EPSN 25: Who's No.1? to sort out a credit issue, when I noticed that of the 38 episodes, only one has the minimum required vote count of 5 or more. And that episode has 126 votes, with over a 100 of them being 1/10: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1518397/ratings/?ref_=tttr_ql_op_4 That is ODD. So it gets at least 124 votes more than any other episode, and 122 of them are 1/10?
