Recent contributions have violated imdbpro? "We did not capture a specific reason"

I was adding my agency to my page, and I'm emailed by someone, that my recent contributions (which was adding a voice credit and my agency as they are recent) were violations? My imdbpro account has been disabled and I don't know why this happened. My agency said to add them to my profile since I haven't yet. Like what gives? 

It even says "We did not capture a specific reason during processing" and all 5 were declined. 

I would like a response to this and to have my account reinstated as this is ridiculous please
