Recent photo edits missing from Contribution History

Between July 25 and July 29, 2026, I submitted three edits to existing IMDb photos involving captions and linked names or titles. I submitted them the same way I have always submitted photo corrections.

I checked my Contribution History, including the beta history, and none of these three submissions appear there at all. I also never received confirmation that IMDb received them (none of the requested changes were made - main point is they don't even appear in contribution history, so it appears IMDB did not receive the contribution at all).

Similar photo contributions I submitted between July 10 and July 25 appeared in my history and were processed successfully/normally. I have used IMDb’s contribution system for years, I've never have never had submissions completely disappear from the history.

Can IMDb staff confirm whether these submissions were received and explain why they are not appearing in my Contribution History? Is there currently a technical problem with photo-edit submissions, or with requests in general not appearing in Contribution hisotry or being properly delivered to you?
