Regarding Plot Outline

I submitted a plot outline for one piece episode 1168 once but it got declined in search for “evidence”. In the field it never specifies what evidence I have to provide and remained very vague so I just included a link of the episode to verify that the plot outline was accurate and yet that got declined too. Is there something im doing wrong here and if so it would be nice to know what. Ticket is #260630-225650-405000
