Rejected Credit Removal

Hiya, I run the studio behind this project and submitted documentation that indicates a certain credit needs to be removed from the cast, including my own ID (passport) and details noting the reasons why the credit is being removed. Yet, it's been rejected for changes. I don't know how this makes sense given that the submission is being made by the CEO of the studio and Director of the project. Please let me know if this can get approved and fixed.
