Rejected deletion of an image (Part of the Problem)

240830-105656-443402 I accidentally submitted this image to an episode of "Part of the Problem with Dave Smith." The image has nothing to do with the episode or series. I submitted a deletion request for the image, but the request was declined. I had already submitted the image to the correct title: a 2024 YouTube video called "MrBeast's Secret CEO." (The image is the uploader's thumbnail for it.) That's where the image belongs, not on the episode of "Part of the Problem."
