Removal of page

When I was younger I was in a few things for RTÉ and in doing so my mam made a page for myself. However now that I am older I do not wish for this page that was made for myself to be available as it was made without my approval or knowledge. Is there anyway I can take this down as I don't want it to up and available.?

Here is a link to the page the whole point is that I didn't ask for this to be set up and it was done against my will therefore it was established against my interest so I would prefer that it was taken down. I can provide proof I am the person who's page it is.
