Remove wrong and slanderous credit

I have tried to remove a wrong executive producer credit.  Update receipt #260109-134001-142000.  I have submitted an image of the trailer credits from the IMDb website and I am not named.  I would like my name removed from the Road Head page as well as my personal page.
