Removed review + can't log in or reset password

Hi,

I just found out that my review #260625-082300-006021 was gone. It had over 1,000 upvotes and stayed up for several months, so I don't think it was a problem when it was posted. I followed the guidelines as far as I know, and I talked about the fictional character rather than the actor himself. I also marked it as containing spoilers because it did.

Could you please tell me why it was removed or restore it? If I broke a rule I'm not aware of, I'd rather know what it was.

Separately, I can't get into my account to post this, which is why I'm writing here using this new account. I still can browse IMDb and post reviews on my usual pages because that old session is still alive, but the forum is asking for a new sign-in and there's no way past it for me. I used "forgot password" with the email I have on file, but nothing came through (I checked spam and trash folder as well). 

Is there any way you can restore access? My old account name is Louis-3560.
