removing a poster

A poster was added today and it appears to have a glitch, the correct ones were loaded up behind the damaged one. I reached out to IMDB several times. I thought it would be easier to delete and replace the correct one but it is not. The real one is uploaded now but it is not allowing me to replace the new one and delete the damaged one. thank you in advance for your help if anyone can remove it please
