Repeated Rejection of Dubbing Credit Submission

Hello,

Could someone please help me understand why my submission to add a dubbing credit for a mini-series keeps being rejected?

I’ve made several attempts, and each time it gets declined despite providing proofs. I even took the time to photocopy, scan, and submit the contract, along with a screenshot of the credits.

I’m starting to worry that I’ve submitted too many requests and might come across as pushy 😅

I would really appreciate any clarification or guidance on what might be missing or incorrect in my submission.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Olivia-

Thank you for posting the reference! After reviewing, this was rejected because as per our guidelines, episodic credits must be added to the respective episodes the person appears on/has worked on and not the series parent page.

You are welcome to re-submit the credit to the respective episode(s).

For further detailed information and instructions on how to add episodic credits, I encourage you to review our following Help Guide. You can go to question #4: 'How do I add an episodic credit?.'

Cheers!

Hello,

Thank you very much for your quick reply !

The character being dubbed appears in every single episode, as it is the main character.

Could you please confirm that in this case I should submit the credit for each episode individually?

Thank you again for your help!

@Olivia - You're welcome! If the person is credited on every episode you will have to submit the credit with the multiple episodes option.

Please refer to the guideline linked above, you will find detailed instructions on how to add epiodic credits to multiple episodes.
