As a person who is directly involved in the life of post-soviet states, I can say that this is a very common problem for all film bases and for hundreds, if not thousands, of national films produced and released by the 14 republics which were occupied by russian alternate titles pretended as “original”.
The problem has been accumulating for decades and its impact is amplified by the fact that the 14 republics in all spheres, including culture, were globally represented by another one federal republic (which was initially created having federal authority to its large internal regions, but later the federative structure and powers in practice began to be forcibly applied to the other 14 republics, although this was not expected for by the national constitutions).
As a result, at international festivals and competitions outside the soviet union, all national films been produced in respective languages were released in russian (sometimes with russian subtitles to simplify the work of translators), and the film titles on posters and in festival catalogues were always printed only in their russian variations. This way the original national titles received their recognition as russian ones.

The original (Georgian/Kartuli) title of this movie is "ისევ გველეშაპსა და მზეჭაბუკზე" that must be transliterated into "Isev gveleshapsa da mzechabukze" and be the main one according to IMDb rules.
The video sources:

The screenshot:
Whether by mistake or intentionally, the website Geocinema pushed this same movie to be known online as "Isev mzechabuksa da gveleshapze", so this can stay an alternative title on IMDb.
Another variant "Isev drakonze da raindze" is a forgery of the title resulting from a back-russian-translation by someone who has never watched the original film. It looks like been invented by creator of the fan poster placed at https://kinoteka.ge/watch/movie-439320.html
But the video source on the same page links to "ისევ გველეშაპსა და მზეჭაბუკზე" (Isev gveleshapsa da mzechabukze), and the image gallery also represents the same, side by side to the fake poster:
