Replacing the stripped-off single-quotes from character name

When I updated the credit-order attributes for Bleak House (1985) tt0088485 the form-validation stripped off the single quotes around one of the character names which were present in the on-screen credits to denote a nickname. Can an admin please add them back. I wonder whether the code which removes quotes around a character name should be downgraded so it gives a warning which can be overridden rather than an absolute prohibition which needs manual intervention to put right.
