Request to Merge Duplicate Pages and Remove Incorrect Credits

Hello IMDb Support,

I am Fuad Al-Qrize, and I confirm that both pages:
- https://www.imdb.com/name/nm6394365
- https://www.imdb.com/name/nm16093732

refer to me as the same person. However, the credits listed are incorrect.  
My only correct credit is as Producer of "Extinction (2021)" (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15739720).  

I kindly request the removal of all other incorrect credits and the merging of the two pages into a single profile under my name.
