Users can update their ratings as often as they'd like, but any new rating on the same title will overwrite the previous one, so it is one rating per title per user” This title screened at the Cannes Film Festival in May per https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31176520/releaseinfo/ I know because this is where I saw it.
