Review declined because it "does not meet eligibility criteria"

I've been posting reviews on IMDB for years. Probably got close to a hundred there by now. Suddenly one of them gets declined because it "does not meet eligibility criteria". What does that mean? What is the eligibility criteria for reviews and why does one all of a sudden not meet it? #241231-191804-273504
