Review doesn't show

I tried to post a review for "Il Complotto di Tirana" twice in the last few days (it's be the first review there, so it'd be nice to have one, wouldn't it?). My rating went through, but my review would just disappear with no traces to be found. When submitting it I got the usual message that it'll be checked before publishing, which is of course fine, and also indicates that sending the review apparently had worked. But then nothing more happened. The review doesn't show up for the film and neither in my profile. What is going on? I'm really keen to know because if this continues to happen I'll have to stop writing reviews because I don't want to waste my time. I'm using Firefox 139.0 for Linux Mint by the way. Thanks!
