Review still pending after 3 days

Hi IMDB staff I submitted a review three days ago, #250519-100916-028521. This is still pending, despite the estimated processing date being 20 May, i.e. two days ago. Please approve this. There is nothing controversial about the review at all so it should have been auto-approved. This, and the inordinate waiting time, make me think your inane, badly-programmed review-filtering bot and haphazard queuing system have struck again.

Hi grantss- Thank you for posting the submission reference number! Taking a look, this review is now approved and the changes will be live on the site shortly. Cheers!

Thanks for sorting that out Maya. As mentioned, there was nothing controversial about my review. There are no words in the review which could have triggered your filtering bot: the review should never have been forced down the manual review path. If it is some random selection thing, I have over 4,400 reviews on IMDB so you'd think IMDB would cut me some slack and not treat me like a newbie by manually vetting my reviews. With this in mind, will IMDB be improving its bot and queueing system to avoid unnecessary manual reviews and long wait times?

Hello grants, There is nothing wrong with your account that would prevent data from being approved. We continually update and strengthen our rating and reviews systems to ensure genuine customer sentiment is accurately represented.

Thanks for the feedback Fran. This is almost worse as it means your algorithm is badly designed and implemented (as I mentioned in my previous two posts). There was nothing in my review that necessitated a manual review: no controversial words or statements, no potential spoilers, no plagiarism, no use of AI (if that is what you mean by "ensuring genuine customer sentiment"). It should have been approved automatically yet instead it ended up in a queue for more than three days (which would have been longer if I hadn't raised the issue here).
