Reviews: Add an option to mark reviews as private

Since last night, the last 25 reviews I wrote were downvoted by one person. (I stopped counting at 25.) The vast majority had no votes whatsoever until today. It must be the same person who did that. Downvotes are no big deal to me, but I think it's juvenile what someone did. My privacy setting for "Ratings" was "Public only with reviews". If I change that to "Private", will all my reviews still be shown when someone clicks on my user name or not?
