Same name

Hi, credits for a user with my same name have been added to my user account. How do we get these separated? 
I work in spfx/ animatronics with Edge Innovations, but never in Makeup for KNB effects (where the other Ty Boyce apparently works and is noted in all of the conflated credits in my identity listing).
