Sasha Grey
Whenever I submit a credit for Sasha Grey, I'm told that it does not meet contribution guidelines, which is simply not true. For example, the guide states:
- The "on screen credit" rule
If someone's appearance is credited on screen it automatically qualifies as a valid archive footage credit, regardless of what type of archive footage it is. This supersedes any of the potential exclusions below.
https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/archive-footage/G4X4TVH6HXYBW8WM#
For compilation/retrospectives only: If the title is a compilation/retrospective made up entirely or almost entirely of archive footage, then the people appearing in that footage qualify for archive footage credits.
There seems to be an internal block on this name page, since these types of credits are not declined for any other performer. Why are these valid credits being rejected?
(This isn't an archive footage credit, and yet it was still rejected.)

(These are various screenshots. I'm not claiming that the DVD covers count as credits, only that they show that it's the same actress.)

Hi @ind3,
Thanks for your problem report.
I have re-submitted these credits on your behalf and approved them. There was no internal or systematic issue with the credits, just processing errors in approving the submissions. I have flagged these for review with the team.
Cheers!
