Hi @darcyweirfilms, As you no doubt noticed, scorecard has been updated since you last used it. You should see a "video (trailer)" link below each title in your Scorecard list. Clicking that should take you to the video upload page. Maya can help get your video uploaded manually for expedience, but do let us know if you are not seeing that link in Scorecard, so we can investigate further; as it should be there. Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark, I have the upload trailer button and it used to work for my account. Alas, now I get this msg when I click on it: "The requested URL was not found on our server. Go to the homepage » 404 ERROR I am Jack's missing page. The Narrator, Fight Club (1999)"

Ok, that shouldn't be happening. I'll ask the team to investigate. In the meantime, if you can provide a link to the trailer either on YouTube or via a file-sharing service, and a link to your title's page on IMDb, I'll make sure it gets added. Thanks, Mark

Hi darcyweirfilms, can you confirm the title ID for the page you were trying to upload a trailer for? You can find it in the URL for the title page (example: tt1234567). Do you see the title in your Scorecard title list? Thanks, Mark

Thanks Darcy! I see what the issue is. That title has Occult Journeys as the Distributor and Production company, so it will not appear in your Scorecard access for Uncork'd Entertainment. There are two potential solutions: 1. Add a Distributor credit for Uncork'd Entertainment to that title, it will then appear in your existing Scorecard list. 2. If Occult Journeys is another production company or distributor that you work for or own, then you could apply to have your Scorecard access increased to include titles for that company as well. Option 2 can take up-to 7 days as our team take great care to vet access requests. There is a third option: If you only want to upload the trailer, you can post a link to it here (either on Youtube or a filesharing site) and I can aquire it and upload it on your behalf.
