Search/sort options for people/celebs ? When several people have the same name.

Hello.

I am really missing som options when it comes to finding the correct person/celeb/actor/crew member, when there are more than a few with the same name.

For example if I as a contributor are going to add them to a title.

Is it possible to make som improvements here or is there options I'm not aware of?

Example:This 45sec commercial, has a credit at the end saying Director is: Nick Jones

IMDb - chose "celeb" in dropdown - Nick Jones - magnifying glass

1. Only option to sort is to press "Exact matches"that still gives approximately 143! people.  I miss the option to be able to select only people with for example "director" credits.
2. I also miss an option to additionally select only those who have titles produced in country x.
3. I also miss that the total number of people that are in the current chosen list/sorting is not showing.(Upon getting the list I dont know how many there are, or how many times I will have to press "more exact matches" at the bottom, and I will have to manually count to 143, I lost count so this is only approx)
4.  If I go to advanced search - people - I can only search with info about the person, height/gender/birth date. There is no option to search for only directors and/or who have titles that are produced in England. 
5. And there is no way to search/sort which of the 143 have worked with person Y before, to find the correct Nick

As the database is growing, there are going to be more and more people with the same name in the database.

Also as this case shows, its not fun when 2 people with the same name gets mixed up either, :
