Series Deleted from IMDB? : The Whole Story With Anderson Cooper

A few questions for you.

1) After a quick look,...about 12 hours after your reply,...it looks like *most* of the pages and data is there, which is great.  Of note, episodes 01x01 and 01x02 are missing.  Also, none of the images for the series are there.  There was a main title image, as well as about a dozen images for specific episodes.  Will it just take more time for them to appear, or are they lost for good and I'll have to add those episodes and images again?

2) Viewer ratings and reviews for the series and all episodes are gone, including my own.  Will it take more time for them to appear, or are they gone for good?  Not sure how if I can recall all of my own ratings for the last 2+ years, haha.  I hope you can get them back!

3) Lastly, can you please tell me how this series was deleted?  Was it a data failure in your system, or did someone purposely delete the series?  If so, shouldn't there be a real person who approves such a thing, rather than it just go 'poof' after a few clicks from someone clicks?  I hope that person can no longer do this to any other titles.

1) The data is slowly coming back to the page.  I can see that the first two episodes are now displaying again and the series primary image has been reinstated.  In the meantime, for the remaining lost images, I filed a ticket (#P196018500) for the appropriate team to investigate.

2) I filed a ticket (#P195997908) with the appropriate team to address the ratings and confirm if they can be reinstated.

3) This series title was removed in error, as mentioned earlier, I have taken steps to prevent a recurrence and have escalated the situation to the team responsible for visibility.

I have also seen bits coming back over the last few hours.  My initial guess was that it would take time for all of the data to repopulate, but never having seen something like this before, I didn't know for certain on how this would play out.

Thanks for the info.  I can confirm that the removed images should now be reinstated for the series and episode titles.  If you happen to come across any duplication, just let us know and our staff can removed them.
