Several Titles Deleted for an Artist

Hello, There are 4 titles deleted for an artist, which happened 4 days ago. We replied to a staff member to see if we should write about this issue in a separate post which we're doing right now. We have the reference numbers for all the 4 titles that were deleted. Please tell us what the next steps should be to restore the titles. Thank you.
