Short Genre

Short    Any theatrical film or made-for-video title with a running time of less than 45 minutes, i.e., 44 minutes or less, or any TV series or TV movie with a running time of less than 22 minutes, i.e. 21 minutes or less. (A "half-hour" television program should not be listed as a Short.)  ... Note: the short genre no longer needs to be added to Music Videos, because they now have their own title type.

Note that "less than an hour" is not the criterion for the Short genre. It's 44 minutes or less for theatrical and made-for-video titles, and 21 minutes or less for TV series and TV movies.

So that explains why A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965) (TV) (25 minutes), Toy Story That Time Forgot (2014) (TV) (22 minutes), and How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (1966) (TV) (26 minutes) don't belong in the Short genre; they are above the time limit for TV movies to be called a Short. (Note that all of these programs originally aired in half-hour time slots, including commercials, which is consistent with the statement that "a 'half-hour' television program should not be listed as a Short.")

Michael Jackson: You Rock My World (2001) (Music Video) is a music video, so it should not have the Short genre added as stated above; it doesn't apply to this title type.

On the other hand, Dunkin': Good Will Dunkin' (2026) (V) is a commercial listed as being 1 minute long, and as far as I know, TV commercials are generally eligible to qualify for the Short genre. For that title, I recommend trying again with an explanation that, as a TV commercial, it is eligible for the Short genre.
