Should the "Funky Town Gore" Cartel Torture Video Have Its Own IMDb Page?

A while back, I asked why IMDb removed its entries for the three infamous gore compilations known as Most Disturbed Person on Planet Earth. I was told that they did not meet the eligibility criteria and, in typical fashion, staff refused to elaborate any further. In 2016, a 2-minute clip of Mexican cartel members flaying someone alive began circulating on the internet. The clip became known as "FunkyTown" because that song is playing in the background: https://screamer.wiki/FunkyTown "Funky Town Gore" is currently listed on IMDb as a music video, which it is most definitely not: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt26689249/ If the Most Disturbed Person on Planet Earth mixtapes are not eligible for IMDb entries, then this certainly shouldn't be either. It's not a real movie and it's certainly not a music video. It's literally just a clip of someone being tortured that Mexican cartel members recorded on a phone.

@Maya Here's an internet suicide video/livestream that has its own IMDb page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33097320/ ...and another one: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt35253754/
