Should the name entry for Eric Houston (VI) exist?

This doesn't seem to be an eligible name entry for the IMDb, at least to me: Eric Houston (VI).

Houston is famous, and in the IMDb, only because he was convicted of killing four people in a school shooting incident in 1992. That incident was dramatized in the TV movie Detention: The Siege at Johnson High, and his name is mentioned and linked in the Trivia section for that title. But it is NOT in the credits anywhere (which I hope should be very obvious), and as a result Houston has no credits associated with his name entry. (And never will, as he was sentenced to death for the killings.)
