Should the Netflix anthology series "Monster" be a separate series instead of a season?

The Netflix series Monster is a horror anthology; it spans four seasons—or rather, distinct installments—each telling the story of a different real-life serial killer. Currently, the lineup includes Jeffrey Dahmer, Lyle and Erik Menendez, Ed Gein, and Lizzie Borden. There are more seasons featuring other killers to come, but what puzzles me is that Netflix has treated them as separate series rather than just seasons of the same show.

However, on IMDb, only one series is listed under the title Monster; shouldn't they actually be separated?

For example, rename Monster to Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story and retain only the content, such as videos, pictures, episodes, cast and crews, etc., from the Dahmer series, and create separate series for the remaining three, with Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, Monster: The Ed Gein Story, Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story, etc., and transfer the content (videos, pictures, episodes, cast and crews) to their respective series.

Honestly, that would be better and more sophisticated, and would allow for more accurate ratings compared to lumping everything into a single series entry. That’s just my take. Of course, if IMDb intends to keep it as it is, then so be it.
