Social Media Piano Skit

I am threatened with lawsuit. The producer asked me to remove this credit because I did not have permission to post, and signed this agreement prior to filming: "All images taken for the Photographs and Video shall remain the exclusive property of Piano University. It is illegal for any person or business other than Piano University to copy or reproduce any of Piano University’s Photographs and Video in any form without the express written consent by Piano University. This is under the United States Copyright Laws and are the sole and exclusive property of Piano University.” I asked imdb to remove my credit in two separate attempts with different wording, and twice my request was declined. This YouTube video pretends to have random pedestrians on Hollywood Blvd participating in a skit, but actually has paid actors pretending to be pedestrians. The producers do not want an imdb credit listing the actors, because that removes the illusion they are trying to create of spontaneous non-professional participants. Thank you for your assistance.
