Some Keywords of Sexual Nature Get Declined

Hi, Almost each time I submit certain keywords associated with a sexual meaning, they get declined for not meeting the contribution guidelines. However, I have had already checked it and haven't found anything regarding this. Could you please advise? Those that I have observed getting declined are keywords about teenage nudity, reproductive systems etc. that are plot-pertinent. Just a recent example is #250624-140937-227000. In that, reference to penis size was declined. Currently, 353 titles contain this keyword.
