Some strange bug

This happening for a 2 weeks now or more and it started to be annoying. New names created in last 2-3 weeks span, doesn't appear when you try add them to the title. But it does exist. For example i try add someone as producer and say that name doesn't exist (even i created a name a week ago and i can check the profile). It always says "You want to create a new name?". But it does say with Name Name (II) or (III). So it means that name is in database, but it doesn't appear when you want to add it. I already made many dublicate names because of this and now i need to merge every single one.

Quick update to say we've replicated the issue and have cut a ticket to relevant team. Here is the ticket number for reference: D217790621. Once I have confirmation of a fix I'll post back here to let you know.
