Someone keeps adding self credits instead of acting credits to Dutch series "BuZa" (2021)

Hello all. Apparently, this other contributor and I were both adding the cast to tonight's episode at the same time. While adding the acting credits I started noticing Self credits popping up, the same credits I just added in the acting department, added by another contributor. I submitted a contribution to remove them: #251121-212220-209000  but then I noticed more had popped up after that: #251121-214122-821000 again I made a submission, but there may be more coming.

I don't know how possible what I want to ask is and it may be asking too much, but I'm slightly wary we'll be doing this every week so I want to ask if there's any way this contributor can be informed they're doing it wrong and have to submit acting credits instead of self credits?
